TRANSPORT
Transport facility is available only on existing routes. Routes will not be changed to suit individual
needs. Eleven months fee will be charged for this facility.
To avail the facility parents are required to fill up the prescribed transport application form and
submit the same at the reception. The service will start after the prescribed fee is paid.
Under no circumstances, bus fee once paid shall be adjusted/ refunded.
No student shall be allowed to use conveyance for one way only.
Parents/Guardians should pick and drop their children themselves only from the designated bus
stop at the scheduled time.
No student will be allowed to use the bus facility without his / her ID-Card.
A student using school bus is expected to be at the bus stop 5 minutes before the scheduled arrival
time of the bus.
If a student misses his/her bus, he/she should not try to board any other bus. It is the responsibility
of the parents to drop their ward to the school.
If the parent/ guardian is not available at the bus stop to pick the child, then the child will be brought
back to the school. It would then be the sole responsibility of the parent/guardian to collect the
child from the school. The child will be handed over only on showing parents/guardian ID-Card
along with a written application.
Unruly behaviour like shouting and bullying in the bus is strictly prohibited and may result in
withdrawal of bus facility.
Intentional vandalism such as breaking window panes, tearing & cutting of seat covers, defacing
the interior of the bus and other related offences will result in heavy damage penalty and expulsion
from the facility.
School will bear no responsibility of private vans, Autos and rikshaw.
Parents must given van detais to the school with dirver number and details.
If any student finds any object in the bus which does not belong to fellow students or is suspicious
in nature, immediately bring it to the attention of the guard/driver.
Mid session withdrawal from use of transport will be permitted only against one month's written
notice submitted at the reception. However, students will not be permitted to discontinue the
school bus usage in the last quarter of the session.
Parents who make independent transport arrangements for their ward by hiring private
vehicles will be fully responsible for the same.
Students are not permitted to come to school in self driven vehicles. IF THEY ARE FOUND DOING
SO THEY WILL BE LIABLE FOR SUSPENSION.
Pedestrians (Nursery – II) should be collected from the school gate by the parents or authorised
guardians only.
The school is not responsible for on-footers outside the school gate after school timings for both
primary and senior students.
