Vanasthali Public School aims at consistently attaining high standards of Academic achievements & quality education. School policies are formulated keeping in view the vision and mission of our school.

At VPS, we believe in imbibing good manners, inculcating respectful habits in addition to educate the child for facing the world in a humble way.

Tree plantation & cleanliness drive are other methods adopted to sensitize children towards environment.

School Procedure for ADMISSION
1. The management reserves to itself the right of admission and transfer to Sec-3 branch.
2. For completing the admission formalities, parents are requested to fill the admission form, transport form (where applicable) and submit to the school office along with mandatory documents given below:

Photocopy of date of birth certificate issued by the Municipal Corporation local government bodies as applicable. An affidavit or any other evidence is not acceptable in support of date of birth for admission. Covid vaccination certificate, Photocopy of Aadhar card of parents.
Birth Certificate, previous school report card and Original TC is required from previous school for admission to Class-II and Photocopy above. Admission will not be granted in case TC is not submitted. Covid vaccination certificate, of Aadhar card of parents.
Birth Certificate, previous school report card and Original TC duly counter signed by the respective Education Department. Covid vaccination certificate, Photocopy of Aadhar card of parents. (Student if applicable)

Special attention must be paid to enter correctly the name and date of birth of the child. No changes will be permitted later. In case of any change a written application along with Rs. 500/- will be charged.
It becomes necessary sometimes for the parents to withdraw their child from the school due to family re-location. In such cases parents need to follow certain steps for a hustle free procedure - Student Withdrawal Notice is an official document for the parents to inform the school of impending withdrawal.
Withdrawal notice by other means such as email or verbal notice will not be accepted.
For getting transfer certificates and character certificates etc. the parents have to give a written application (as per the prescribed format provided at the end). TC / CC will only given after clearing all dues. No student will be permitted to seek withdrawal after the commencement of the session i.e. after 1st April unless fee upto the end of summer vacation is paid. Students may be asked to leave the school on the following grounds : Disciplinary
Non-payment of fees
If a child has to be withdrawn from school, parents are requested to give one calendar month notice in writing, failing which, one month's fee will be charged in lieu thereof. Inter branch transfers are not entertained under any circumstances.
Rupees 500/- will be charged for a duplicate issue of T.C.
NOTE :"VPS Withdrawal Policy" is fair and reasonable that allows the students to withdraw from the school, as well as for the school to expel students in accordance with the Expulsion Policy & Fee payment Policy.
